(1) earned an A- or above from me (most common)
(2) did not, but nonetheless I recommend them for miscellaneous reasons (e.g. really good despite not getting that high a grade… or are really worth watching because of one thing... or because I made them… or because the creator bribed me).

They are organized by category.

NOTE: When I judge a film's "budget", it does not mean that I actually know what it cost. All I'm saying is that I can tell—I think—if a film had a lot of resources and professional facilities and equipment, or if it was made by two high school kids in their free time.
